Sub Processors
AMLY.no is owned and managed by Moo Gruppen AS (“Moo Gruppen”) uses certain sub-processors (including members of Moo Gruppen and affiliated and associated companies, as listed below) to assist it in providing Moo Gruppen Services. In this site, the currently used sub-processors are listed. Moo Gruppen generally requires its sub-processors to satisfy equivalent obligations as those required from Moo Gruppen (as a Data Processor) as set forth in Moo Gruppen’s Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”). Third-party service providers which incidentally have access to Your Service Data in Innovation Services and are used to provide specific features or components of the product outside of the core hosting of Service Data are regularly reviewed by Moo Gruppen to ensure they work towards implementing each of the standards described in this Section.
